[RFE] Develop Tooling for auto-generating QUADS reporting data.

We can use an automated tool that pulls in the output from quads-cli --report-available and makes a nice looking static page people can view.

I believe this is no longer needed really with both quads-web and other RFE's to cover auto-generating fleet inventory details and availability via: https://github.com/redhat-performance/quads/issues/331
