[RFE] Baremetal deployment does not add entries to /etc/hosts

OCP: 4.16.2 OCP type/flavor: BM installation Hardware: Dell R660

Scenario: The user should be able to reach the cluster nodes via ssh from the nodes' names, e.g.:

ssh core@d35-h23-000-r660

This is however only possible via the node's internal IP.
