Add components for ACM to install on SNO clusters

Clustertype: SNO did not include the components necessary to be able to install ACM. This patch adds components so that the ztp and hub deploy scripts in acm-deploy-load should be able to be run on a cluster_type: SNO deployment done by jetlag.
