Use `ip` for hostvar instead of `ip_address` for SNOs

It seems SNOs use the hostvar ip_address instead of ip as bm and rwn composed clusters. For consistency and ability to "cut and paste" hosts from different spots in the inventory this should help prevent any additional layers of vars being mix-ed up.
