Bug report form contains unnecessary information

Describe the bug

The bug report form contains information that is not necessary for this project. Desktop, phone, etc. are not normally relevant to benchmark-runner. In most cases, benchmark-runner is run from the Linux command line or is scripted; user interaction items such as the desktop or mobile OS are rarely relevant.

It's plausible that in some cases things like grafana display may be browser-specific; in those cases, this information can best be provided as additional context.
