[RFE] Simplify / Extend Server Name Support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The code heavily relies on the naming convention for the idrac interfaces yaml file to match to rack, ulocation and blade. If someone wants to use this on a server without the expected naming convention then they might encounter issues trying to use that functionality.

What System / IPMI Platform? ALL

Describe the Possible Solution Add arguments to the cli for optionally passing rack, uloc and blade. Leverage this arguments if passed.
