RFE: Provide a way to set the root device on baremetal nodes in Ironic

It would be good to be able to set the root disk on nodes for baremetal machines in ironic properties, using introspection data from swift.

We are seeing the need to set root disk especially on the ceph nodes for consistent baremetal deployments.
