This line never sets the fact to the --deployment-files provided overcloud deploy script.

Also, https://github.com/redhat-openstack/infrared/blob/master/plugins/tripleo-overcloud/build_templates.yml#L65 needs to be updated to not overwrite a custom overcloud deploy script.
