Document vale + RedHat style usage in Jetbrains IDE

Vale CLI IntelliJ plugin had a very interesting update on November 16: https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/19613-vale-cli

Report results in problem view

Meaning: when using this plugin, we can have the reports for all Vale rules, and not only the rules that are supported by Grazie Professional once you convert them into a .grazie.en.yaml file That's a HUGE improvement!

I believe it's time adding a reference to this plug-in to the documentation.
