Add OpenShift Action on the status bar. Once the user clicks on it, the following happens.

  1. Select Drop Down of VSCode pops out
  2. Following are the contents of the select drop down: -- Open Welcome Page -- Open Get Started -- Add New Project (with + icon) -- Create Component -- Add OpenShift Cluster
