Migrate to odo v3

Currently, the extension uses odo v2. As the developer experience around odo workflow will change, we need to migrate to odo v3 to support the new odo scenarios.

Support the following workflow:

  • odo dev
  • odo init
  • odo list
  • odo registry
  • odo create
