Add 'Change' command for current CRC instance to allow change settings

It should be possible to change vm parameters without setting everything from scratch. Now there is only Reset button and that requires to fill up every field again even if you need only to change amount of memory dedicated to vm. That should clearly indicate the current vm is going to be deleted and all resources in cluster would be lost.
