Create 'OpenShift: Show Resource in Console' for command palette

Rather than polluting Command palette with 1 additional command per OpenShift resource type, consider to have a command 'OpenShift: Open Resource in Console' that would consist of tree steps:

  1. Select Resource type
  2. Select project
  3. Select specific resource to open 4 .Call existing command, same called form context menu, with project selected on step 3
