Project import (setting classpath containers) is stuck at 33%

Recently when I open spring-petclinic in VS Code, I have observed multiple times that the project import (setting up the classpath container) is stuck at 33%. And usually reload the window and it works again.

I can't reproduce the issue. @testforstephen could you, please, provide your settings.json and your extensions?
