[🚀 Request] Provide extension for orchestrating tests development in VS Code

Describe the request

It would be nice to have VS Code extension which will allow users to run, debug, list tests directly inside VS Code

Usage

Provide side bar view which will be collecting tests written using ExTester framework and allow them to run individually or all
