Bind an application to a Crossplane.io provisioned service

Could someone validate binding an app to a provisioned resource as per https://crossplane.io/docs/v0.9/dynamic.html

@sbose78 the link is dead now, and not sure what was behind it? Can you point to the latest documentation?

Since there is no activity around this issue for more than a year now, and there is no apparen interest or demand in Crossplane.io services, closing as obsolete.

If there such demand in the future, we shall revisit.
