Create an OpenShift dashboard

Using the ability to integrate into the main menu (see also issue #4), it should be possible to develop some sort of Dashboard to give an overview of the various resources/applications in a given cluster.

Azure DevOps has its own dashboard concept as well. Maybe one could hook into that?
