[Telemetry] Create Charts for the `odo dev` UI

User Story

As an odo product manager or product owner or odo developer, I want to be able to view Charts about the odo dev UI, So that I can understand how users interact with this UI, now that it is generally available out of the experimental mode. This will allow us to make data-driven decisions on how to improve it. Raw events are being sent already and are available (see https://github.com/redhat-developer/odo/issues/6900).

Acceptance Criteria

  • [ ] It should create charts under the odo > odo cli space
    • [ ] TODO Explore what kind of charts can be helpful
