cli reference should include --host example in odo url create
/kind documentation
What mistake did you find / what is missing in the documentation?
When using odo against Kind or Minikube you need to use "odo url --host" and likely use .nip.io, but there's no example in the cli reference.
What is the relevance of it?
This is common usage, so should be covered in the cli reference.
