Open feedback dialog via "Leave feedback" button in Getting Started

Which functionality do you think we should update/improve?

The "Leave feedback" button in Getting Started points to https://github.com/redhat-developer/intellij-openshift-connector. I think it should be better that this button will open the "Share Feedback" dialog.

Why is this needed?

The Share Feedback dialog is a better form for getting feedback from customers.
