Playbook does not provide Ceph Storage Integration

The playbook should allow you to wire up to a CEPH RADIOS Gateway and skip the local storage provisioning.

@sferich888 which playbook are you referring to, specifically? This repo covers a wide range of things.

container-registry (we likely need a CEPH or Gluster Object Storage) Integration point.

We either need to assume:

1. Cepth/Gluster is already setup and we want to integrate/connect to this.
2. Setup Cepth/Gluster (might want this as a different role) and then automatically connect (or use registered facts) to what is setup the connection to these services.

2 is obviously preferred.
