Devspaces combine folders

Resolves #282

Combines the two existing devspaces folders into a single example

Updated the base checluster to match the default checluster when creating a new instance.

Added several "components" to capture some of the existing customizations that were present in the two folders.

@codekow Tagging you since I know you have done a decent amount of work with dev spaces.

Anything in the old configs that I am missing that could be component-ized?
