Add missing poi dependency in soapui-pro-maven-plugin 5.1.0

The SoapUI release notes states that the poi library has been introduced in the 5.1.0 version to replace the jexcelapi dependency But the SmartBear pro maven plugin still declares the jexcelapi.

Additional work to do

• [x] create a topic in the SoapUI Pro Support forum about the dependency issue for the pro plugin.
• [x] update the history list of dependencies issues in the SmartBear maven plugins

SmartBear currently publishes a warning in the maven plugin documentation as for #129 Note that based on the reply from the SmartBear support (see the following topic in the SoapUI Pro Support forum), the jexcel dependency is still needed. So update the issue title and description accordingly
