Add missing reflections dependency to soapui-pro-maven-plugin 5.1.0

The SoapUI release notes states that the relections library has been introduced in the 5.1.0 version It seems not needed in the SoapUI OSS part (because not in the related pom) and has not been manually added in the SmartBear pro maven plugin

Additional work to do

  • [x] create a topic in the SoapUI Pro Support forum (about the missing dependency for the pro plugin + should be marked as a "Pro Only" modification).
  • [x] update the history list of dependencies issues in the SmartBear maven plugins

SmartBear currently publishes a warning in the maven plugin documentation
