This was an issue before, but in recent versions before the tesseract move it applied only to ladder material. In the past, it has caused issues such as #152. Probably the move to tesseract removed the checks that prevented it. See also https://redeclipse.net/oldforum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=654#p5693
