Settings UI - Resolution Change Screen

In Settings UI, after a resolution change, the Edit Map Loading Screen appears during reloading with the new resolution.

It's because /resetgl displays a map loading dialog, but it should be hidden while on the main menu.

Yeah @Calinou you are right! I think the issue is here: https://github.com/redeclipse/base/blob/1bd32466bbedf3664be13c5475010e8568506a53/src/engine/main.cpp#L552 Cause progress aka ui_progress is used for map loading ect. Seems like its defaulting back somehow...
