sound ents playing twice when triggered

Something causes sound ents to play twice when these are triggered. Also, sometimes the first sound is delayed too much

It would be ideal if you can hear the sound whenever you use the trigger, even if the sound is still played from the previous triggering. It would be problematic if the custom sound is long (e.g. music), so a new flag parameter would be needed to allow instant sound play.

update: I don't know if it depends, but it doesn't hurt to inform, because triggers don't work properly somehow. I updated the map by adding a door that can be opened from two sides with separate triggers. Something makes trigger nr. 2 to stop responding after the first use of it
