RPAN Studio chat does not connect on version 25.0.7.7 Windows

It appears that on the newest version of RPAN Studio, the chat simply never connects. It just has text stating "Connecting to chat..." for the entire stream. This is using the Windows installer for version 25.0.7.7 on a somewhat freshly installed Windows 10 Pro. I only have a single Video Capture Device and Audio Capture Device set up in the scene. My account is connect via the settings.

The chat worked on my last computer, but I believe I may have had version 25.0.7.6.
