App accounts are created without the ability to see NSFW content in a user's history

By default, it appears that app accounts are created with the "Show NSFW Content" setting set to false. this is the equivalent of this on the website:

This setting doesn't make an account NSFW (which would be undesirable for apps that weren't flagged as NSFW), but it does allow consumers of the Devvit API to get a proper overview of an account's history. It would be nice if it was changed so this option was on by default.
