Add a way to get the user's profile picture

I know there's already a way to get the Snoovatar, but I'm asking for access to the user's profile picture, which might not be the Snoovatar.

It looks like this URL is already passed into the User constructor with the protos data (data.iconImg), so it should be as simple as exposing that.
