Reproducable on http://sh.reddit.com|sh.reddit.com as well as iOS.

Found an issue with forms that are invoked from a menu item that is on more than one location (e.g. `location: ["post", "comment"]). The form handler doesn't have the postId or commentId assigned, but it is present if you only have one location assigned.
