Improve server docs

For servers we use:

  1. Pyramid
  2. Thrift
  3. Kombu

It would be nice if we could update the documentation about the "server" section of baseplate with guidance around using and setting these things up that can provide enough information to get started without having to dive into the full docs for these pieces of software.
