Broken on many sites in Chrome 24

This issue has apparently been known for some time based on threads in /r/companion, but no one posted it here. Chrome 24 has now gone beta as of yesterday so I'd expect a lot more people are now running in to it.

This does not occur on all sites, but is common enough to be annoying.

Links to imgur albums are pretty reliable for reproducing the problem. Here's literally the first non-GW result from searching "imgur album" on reddit:

Wanted to point out that this is still occurring with Chrome 25.

Chiming in with an additional notification, completely broken rendering (as per thread on reddit, usually it goes to the bottom of the page and is jumbled with elements overlaying each other) on Version 24.0.1312.52 m
