Bluetooth Bonding issues RED bear nanov2

I am looking to connect the nrf52832 module to my EMG sensor and the module doesnt bond with my nrf connect and nrftoolbox. I am currently using the Arduino IDE for my project and I changed the UUIDS according to the article below, but I still cannot pair it to the application.

Any help is highly appreciated.
