Using a web proxy in Settings breaks some app functionality

Describe the bug When using a web proxy in Settings, it may break clockwork.js app functions. Needs to be investigated further

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add an Ultraviolet proxy via Settings
2. Try and install an app via the Store
3. Observe

Confirmed that this bug exists. It seems it's at least receiving its app ID, but it doesn't look to be able to send anything back up to Clockwork.

I have no idea how to solve this but I will be looking into it.
