Auto backup

Hi, great app! I'm missing only an auto-backup function. Would it be possible to implement this?

Just wanted to add that in Android 11 you cannot sync the backupfile anymore, as no other app than Episodes can access storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.redcoracle.episodes/files

Would be great if the app could offer a "choose backup folder" option.

+1 to this, recently I change my phone, and cannot pass the DB from the old phone to the new one to restore the series
