Export like a spreadsheet

Make it possible to create a spreadsheet with general information (eg name, episodes seen, archived series and starred series) that you can use also like a backup

This exists already. The export option will produce an sqlite db with all the info in. Did you even try looking through the options of the app? It's right there in the main menu.

In which folder are the files on the smartphone?

The backup should be somewhere like Android/data/com.redcoracle.episodes/files/episodes.
