channel parameter not handling name with hypthen

  • channel parameter is set to #mapserver-docs
    • see https://github.com/MapServer/MapServer-documentation/blob/main/.github/workflows/irc_notify.yml
  • however the notification is sent to the #mapserver channel, not the correct #mapserver-docs channel
    • (I'm not sure if that is shown in the action's log: https://github.com/MapServer/MapServer-documentation/actions/runs/4047165822 )
