Web app for evaluation

Create a webapp which takes as input the recommendations from a recommender and the ground truth, outputs metrics according to configuration.

I plan to work this year with a student on a web plugin (or something similar) to visualize evaluation results. It could be incorporated in the framework whenever we have it (latest: next May).

Ah, cool :+1: I also have some code lying around with a grails webapp tied to Mahout (i.e. RESTFul API -- see #59)
