Implement AUC

AUC is Area Under Curve where the curve refers to the Receiver Operating Characteristic curve - ROC curve).

There are examples of AUC implemented in MyMediaLite and Mahout.

As for a paper, please refer to Herlocker et al. pages 21-24 where details on AUC and ROC curve are given.
