'Annotorious Classic' plugin

The old Annotorious had nice (and simple!) feature, where in read-only mode, the label was shown on mouse hover.

Annotorious has different ideas about that. (Mostly because annotation bodies could be infinitely custom and complex). But a mechanism to replicate this behavior would be super useful.
