Allow importing downloads from external sources
Describe your suggested feature
I think it would be nice if you could have something that can import downloads from the download folders, if they are not in the downloads of cloudstream. This could be useful for example to restore downloads from CloudStream if you update to CloudStream Beta, or have downloads from other sources you wish to have in one place to play. In a way, similar to VLC but CloudStream organizes things better so I think this might be a useful feature and something if I thought would be very useful for the reason mentioned (as it caused me to have to do something else with them when I upgraded to Beta), it could also be useful for if you use "open with CloudStream" for an external video so you may save progress and resume it later, etc... CloudStream player as proven more reliable to me then VLC, MX, or the default android Video player, which all failed to decode and properly play properly (they just immediately crashed) while CloudStream could play then properly, so a feature to properly import external videos to CloudStream could be very useful.

Some metadata are simply lost, so importing downloads will just be a glorified file picker, and cs3 can already open files from a file explorer so I have not added file importer because other apps do it better.
I believe this is now really needed to restore all downloads, as it seems all my downloads have disappeared from cloudstream after upgrading to the latest version
