Publish app to Zeasn Whaleos devices

It would be nice users of whaleos users to have the ability to use cloudstream. Since we cannot sideload apps they will need the be validated first to be approved for their appstore which then allows many people to hopefully use cloudstream.

"Zeasn Whaleos" is a Chromium based web engine from what I can see, meaning that it will not be able to run android packages like Cloudstream.
From there documents it seems you we've looking at whale tv specification guide. But I also found this page for whale os 10, which might indicate that it could be possible to develop for.

You might be able to develop for "whale os 10", but I do not think that is a priority anytime soon, given that it is such a niche brand with such lacking documentation.
