Allow downloading with online subtitles

Describe your suggested feature

In order to download with online subtitles (when others are not found) you have to manually download them then "Load from file" every time you start or resume the video. It would be nice if you could download with online subtitles and automatically load them (or at least make available) when playing the downloaded video.

On another note, it would also be nice if you cache downloaded subtitles for IE 1 hour so if you accidentally exit the video you don't have to go through all the steps of loading online subtitles again...
