Support for profile / cProfile

I can imagine getting a lot of use out of recipy when I'm optimizing code in a profile / tweak / profile tweak cycle. Would anything new need adding to support this?

Just to note our discussions at the sprint: it looks like the dump_stats method would need patching - and that should be all that is needed.
