New envelope keywords

From https://github.com/rec/echomesh/issues/154, we might add these new envelope keywords...

start: time offset to start playing the envelope - may be negative.

shape: linear, exponential, log, ?

sustain, release: the envelope loops between the sustain and release time until the last iteration.
