mic level setter Element

We want a display Element that shows the current mic level for the current unit. This either must be done on the Raspberry Pi or we need to resolve https://github.com/rec/echomesh/issues/459 or https://github.com/rec/echomesh/issues/458

This would require two stages.

In the first stage, we'd agree on a specification for the Element by discussion on the mailing list. In the second stage, we'd implement that specification.
