7.1 Surround Sound Still broken in FFXIII-2 [Original Game Bug]

There's this constant buzzing noise when playing in 7.1 in the rear channels and it's driving me crazy. This has been a known bug since release.

Setting ur audio channels in ur speaker settings to either 5.1 or stereo speaker setup should solve this bug. this is a workaround for this bug.

If u want 7.1 surround sound for this game then you have to set the compatibility mode of the game's launcher file by accessing its properties and set it to win vista or win 7 compatibility mode. this should enable surround sound. But IDK if changing compatibility mode will affect this fix, but try both of these methods separately and post ur results here. maybe the creator of this fix will post an genuine working solution for this in an future update for this 13 fix.

Thanks Surihix for the workaround but this was more about reporting the issue to the dev than anything.
