Add option for Shizuku

Please add an option to install extensions via Shizuku.

What benefit does that serve?

Faster install extensions (without confirmation "do you want to install this app", or any other confirmation) or in tachiyomi can provide one click "update all extension" button

But probably only need some small changes in settings to induce, extension installer mentions shizuku already.

I also would like shizuku/root install impl to be added, even if it may seem useless Shouldn't be too much of a hassle, and provides a lot more convenience for users

More recent versions of Android allow installs to opt in for this style of install.
