Favorite items not updating sources

When adding an item to the favorites, the first time it is chosen from the favorites list will show all of the current source options.

Install a new extension and it won't be added until the app is restarted. Delete an extension and it won't be removed until the app is restarted.

This appears to only impact favorites. It does NOT impact items that aren't saved and continue watching.
